Our blog accepts poetry and art only. Our print/eBook edition publishes short fiction, nonfiction, and theory only. All prose should be less than 7500 words. You can submit up to 3 prose pieces at a time. 5 poetry or art pieces at a time. Please allow 3 months for response before following up. We promise to never insult you with notes that you didn’t ask for.
Include a brief author bio suitable for publication in the event that your piece is accepted. It doesn't have to be in the 3rd person, but contributors seem to prefer it. Linking to your website, blog, or twitter is encouraged, but we ask that you don't just send us a list of links.
We do not accept previously published work; like every journal we reserve First Rights of your piece and after publication rights revert back to the author. We accept simultaneous submissions granted you notify us or withdraw your work immediately if it is accepted elsewhere. We do not provide any compensation to authors at this time.

Every art submission is considered for the online blog and also for the cover of the print journal. We only use art work on the front and back cover of the print journal because the black and white pages inside could never do your work justice. Obviously that means you're much more likely to appear on the blog at www.poydrasreview.com.
